Ingredients
- Wheat Flour - 4.4 oz
- Cottage cheese - 17.6 oz
- Chicken Egg - 1 piece
- Salt - a pinch
- Powdered Sugar - 3 tablespoons
- Vanillin - to taste
- Raisins - to taste
- Butter - 0.9 oz
Step by Step guide
Step 1
Thoroughly mash the cottage cheese in a bowl (preferably using a food processor), add the egg, sugar or powdered sugar, salt, vanillin, and optionally add butter. Mix everything well.
Step 2
Add the flour to the resulting mixture. The dough should be homogeneous, without lumps, with the consistency of cottage cheese mass.
Step 3
Add the pre-scalded raisins and mix again.
Step 4
Heat vegetable oil in a frying pan.
Step 5
Take a heaping tablespoon of the mixture, roll each portion into a ball, and then flatten it with your palms to a thickness of about 1 cm.
Step 6
Fry in the pan until a pleasant golden crust forms.
