- Activated Baking Soda - 0.1 oz
- Powdered Sugar - 0.7 oz
- Vegetable Oil - 27 fl oz
Step by Step guide
Step 1
Mix all ingredients except for powdered sugar and vegetable oil in a bowl until smooth.
Step 2
Pour oil into a deep fryer or deep skillet and heat to 392°F.
Step 3
Take the prepared dough with a teaspoon and drop it into the boiling oil. The balls will increase in size.
Step 4
Place the cooked donuts on a plate lined with paper towels.
Step 5
Sprinkle with powdered sugar before serving.
