Ingredients
- Farm fresh eggs - 5 pieces
- Butter - 6.3 oz
- Wheat Flour - 1 cup
- Sugar - 5 tablespoons
- Vanillin - a pinch
- Baking Powder - a pinch
Step by Step guide
Step 1
Beat the eggs with sugar.
Step 2
Melt the butter. Pour it into the mixture.
Step 3
Add the flour and mix thoroughly.
Step 4
Stir in the vanillin and baking powder.
Step 5
Preheat the waffle maker. You should get 15–20 waffles.
Step 6
For each maxi-cake, you need 5 waffles. Spread honey on one side of each layer. Press them together and place in the refrigerator for 1–2 hours.
Step 7
Afterward, take them out of the refrigerator and cut each maxi-cake into 4 pieces.
Step 8
Decorate each cake with powdered sugar, a berry, whipped cream, or ground nuts.
