Ingredients
- Whole egg - 3 pieces
- Sugar - 2.8 oz
- Vanillin - a pinch
- Milk - 3 fl oz
- 33% Cream - 17 fl oz
Step by Step guide
Step 1
Prepare all the necessary ingredients.
Step 2
In a saucepan, combine the milk, egg yolks, sugar, and vanillin.
Step 3
Heat over low heat until boiling. Remove from heat.
Step 4
Strain into another container through a sieve.
Step 5
Cover with plastic wrap and let cool to room temperature.
Step 6
Whip the chilled cream until stiff peaks form.
Step 7
Add the egg yolk mixture to the cream.
Step 8
Mix well.
Step 9
Freeze in the freezer for 3 hours, stirring every hour. If using an ice cream maker, freeze for 30 minutes.
Step 10
Serve the finished ice cream.
