- Cottage cheese - 7.1 oz
- Chicken Egg - 1 piece
- Coconut flakes - 0.7 oz
- Erythritol - 1½ tablespoons
- Vanillin - 0 oz
- Butter - 1 piece
- Unrefined Sunflower Oil - 1 tablespoon
