Vanilla Soufflé
Ingredients
- Egg white - 2 pieces
- Sugar - 1.4 oz
- Milk - 1 fl oz
- Wheat Flour - 1 tablespoon
- Butter - 0.1 oz
- Vanillin - to taste
- Powdered Sugar - to taste
Step by Step guide
Step 1
Chill the egg whites and whip them into a thick foam.
Step 2
Beat the yolks with sugar, add flour, vanillin, and dilute everything with hot milk. Cook the mixture until thickened, stirring continuously. Pour the hot mixture in a thin stream while quickly stirring into the whipped egg whites.
Step 3
Place the prepared mixture into a portioned baking dish or a heat-resistant ceramic bowl, previously greased with butter. Bake in the oven for 12–15 minutes.
Step 4
Serve the soufflé hot in the same dish, sprinkled with powdered sugar.
