Any plant-based milk can be used.

Ingredients

  • Apple - 2 pieces
  • Plant-based Cream - 2 fl oz
  • Clear Apple Juice - 2.6 oz
  • Coconut Milk - 1 fl oz
  • Glutinous Rice Flour - 2.6 oz
  • Millet - 1.9 oz
  • Cinnamon - to taste
  • Cardamom - to taste
  • Citrus Zest Mix - to taste
  • Jerusalem Artichoke - 1 fl oz
  • Salt - a pinch
  • Apple Cider Vinegar - 0 fl oz
  • Baking Powder - 0.2 oz
  • Muscovado Sugar - to taste

Step by Step guide

Wash the apples and slice them into thin half-moons.

Line a baking dish with parchment paper (you can moisten it beforehand or grease the dish with oil).

Sprinkle coconut sugar and cinnamon on the bottom.
