Vegan Apple Strudel with Cranberries
Ingredients
- Phyllo Dough - 7.1 oz
- Apple - 10.6 oz
- Peeled Hazelnuts - 1.8 oz
- Cranberries - 0.7 oz
- Ground Breadcrumbs - 0.7 oz
- Vegetable Oil - 0 fl oz
- Raisins - 0.4 oz
Step by Step guide
Step 1
Filling: chop 3–4 small apples, add ground breadcrumbs, 1–2 tablespoons of vegetable oil, raisins, crushed nuts, and cranberries mixed with sugar. Stir.
Step 2
Lay out 1/2 or 1/3 of the phyllo dough on a towel.
Step 3
Place parchment paper on a baking sheet and brush with vegetable oil.
Step 4
Spread the filling on the dough, leaving a couple of centimeters from all edges. Roll it up and place it in the center of the baking sheet. Brush the roll with vegetable oil.
Step 5
Bake at 356°F for 30 minutes. Set to top and bottom heating.
