- Bananas - 3 pieces
- Oat flakes - 1 glass
- Dates - 3.4 oz
- Soy Vanilla Milk - ½ glasses
- Baking Powder - 1 tablespoon
- Cinnamon - 1 tablespoon
- Walnuts - 2.3 oz
Step by Step guide
Step 1
First, you need to blend the oatmeal in a blender until it reaches a flour-like consistency.
Step 2
Remove the pits from the dates.
Step 3
Transfer the ripe (very important!) chopped bananas and dates to a blender, and pour in half of the milk. Add cinnamon and baking powder. Blend until smooth.
Step 4
Add the oat flour and mix again until smooth. Add the remaining milk and stir. Incorporate the walnuts.
Step 5
Place the dough in the mold.
Step 6
Bake at 356°F for 1 to 1.5 hours.
