- Safflower Oil - 4 tablespoons

- Vanilla salt - to taste
- Applesauce - ½ cup
- Walnuts - 2.3 oz
- Baking Powder - 1 teaspoon
- Cinnamon - to taste

Step 1
First, wash and bake the bananas in the oven (20 minutes at 356°F). During this time, mix the sugar and vanilla sugar with the oil.

Remove the bananas, peel them, and blend them into a puree. Mix the banana puree with the applesauce, then add the mixed sugar and oil.
Step 3
Next, add flour, a pinch of cinnamon, and mix everything thoroughly. Then add the finely chopped walnuts.
Step 4
Pour the resulting mixture into a silicone cake mold and bake for one hour in an oven preheated to 392°F. When the cake is ready, remove it, let it cool slightly, and dust with powdered sugar.
