- Wheat Flour - 8.8 oz
- Water - 6 fl oz
- Salt - 0.2 oz
- Garlic - 3 cloves
- Dry yeast - 0.2 oz
- Chopped Sage Leaves - 0.4 oz
Step by Step guide
Step 1
In a bowl, mix the flour with the yeast, then add slightly warm water and salt. Transfer the dough to a floured surface and knead for about 10 minutes. Then incorporate the minced garlic and finely chopped parsley into the dough, ensuring they are evenly distributed.
Step 2
Transfer the dough to a greased bowl, cover it with a towel, and let it rise in a warm place for 1 to 1.5 hours.
Step 3
Preheat the oven to 482°F.
Step 4
Shape the dough into a loaf and place it on a baking sheet lined with parchment paper. Cover it with a towel and let it rest for another hour.
Step 5
Then place it in the oven for 10 minutes, then reduce the temperature to 410°F and bake for another 10 minutes.
Step 6
Then reduce the temperature to 392°F and bake for another 15–20 minutes until cooked through. Allow to cool and serve.
