- Apple - 3.5 oz
- Wheat Flour - 4.4 oz
- Sugar - 3.5 oz
- Cocoa Powder - 1.4 oz
- Baking Powder - 0.2 oz
- Vegetable Oil - 1 fl oz
- Bittersweet Chocolate - 1.8 oz
- Oat flakes - 1 fl oz
- Fresh Berries - to taste
Step by Step guide
Step 1
Melt the chocolate in a double boiler or in the microwave, and when it is soft, add the plant-based milk and mix well.
Step 2
Mix the flour with sugar, cocoa powder, and baking powder.
Step 3
Add grated apple, vegetable oil, and melted chocolate with milk, and mix well until smooth.
Step 4
Transfer the dough to a baking dish and bake at 356°F for 30 to 40 minutes (check for doneness with a toothpick; it should come out clean).
Step 5
Allow the finished brownies to cool completely, then garnish with fresh berries or pieces of fruit.
