- Cocoa Powder - 10 tablespoons
- Baking Powder - 0.4 oz
- Salt - to taste
- Green Banana Syrup - 1 fl oz
- Brandy - 2.5 oz
- Grapefruits - 7.1 oz
- Water - 2½ cups
- Sugar - 2½ cups
- Wheat Flour - 3 cups
- Vegetable Oil - 1 cup
Step by Step guide
Step 1
In warm water, add oil, cocoa (6 tablespoons), salt, sugar (2 cups) and mix well.
Step 2
Add flour with baking powder, and mix well.
Step 3
Line a baking pan with parchment paper and pour in the batter.
Step 4
Bake at moderate temperature until cooked through. Allow the layers to cool.
Step 5
Cut the layers horizontally, soak them with syrup and brandy, add fruits, and cover with the second layer.
Step 6
For the chocolate glaze, mix 4 tablespoons of cocoa, 6 tablespoons of sugar, and 4 tablespoons of water well, then pour over the cake and let it cool.
