  • Sugar - 5.3 oz
  • Carrot - 1 piece
  • Baking Powder - 1½ teaspoons
  • Baking Soda - ½ teaspoon
  • Cinnamon - 1 teaspoon
  • Plant-Based Milk - 4 fl oz
  • Vegetable Oil - 2 fl oz
  • Apple Cider Vinegar - 2 teaspoons
  • Vanilla Sugar - 2 teaspoons

Step by Step guide

Step 1

Mix the flour, sugar, baking soda, and cinnamon.

Step 2

In another bowl, mix the milk, oil, vinegar, and vanilla sugar.

Step 3

Add the liquid mixture to the dry ingredients and stir.

Step 4

Grate the carrot and add it to the mixture, stirring well.

Step 5

Pour the batter into a greased pan. Bake for 40–45 minutes at 338°F.
