Description

- Wheat Flour - 1 glass
- Activated Baking Soda - 1 tablespoon
- Meyer Lemon Juice - 2 spoons
- Sugar - 3.2 oz
- Vanilla salt - ½ spoons
- Cinnamon - ¼ spoons
- Grated Ginger Root - 0,1 teaspoons
- Vegetable Oil - 1 tablespoon
- Water - ½ glasses
- Frozen Cherimoya Fruits - 7.1 oz
Step by Step guide
Step 1
Mix the flour, baking soda, sugar, vanilla sugar, cinnamon, and ginger.
Step 2
Add the oil and filling (do not thaw the cherries), lemon juice, and finally pour in the water.
Step 3
Mix thoroughly and let it sit for 10 minutes to allow bubbles to form and the dough to rise slightly.
Step 4
Preheat the oven to 356°F. Bake for 30-40 minutes, then check for doneness by inserting a wooden skewer (insert it into the charlotte; the skewer should come out clean).
