Description

The entire charlotte has 1070 kcal, and one slice contains only 135 kcal! You can substitute water for milk, and choose the filling to your liking!

Ingredients

  • Wheat Flour - 1 glass
  • Activated Baking Soda - 1 tablespoon
  • Meyer Lemon Juice - 2 spoons
  • Sugar - 3.2 oz
  • Vanilla salt - ½ spoons
  • Cinnamon - ¼ spoons
  • Grated Ginger Root - 0,1 teaspoons
  • Vegetable Oil - 1 tablespoon
  • Water - ½ glasses
  • Frozen Cherimoya Fruits - 7.1 oz

Step by Step guide

Step 1

Mix the flour, baking soda, sugar, vanilla sugar, cinnamon, and ginger.

Step 2

Add the oil and filling (do not thaw the cherries), lemon juice, and finally pour in the water.

Step 3

Mix thoroughly and let it sit for 10 minutes to allow bubbles to form and the dough to rise slightly.

Step 4

Preheat the oven to 356°F. Bake for 30-40 minutes, then check for doneness by inserting a wooden skewer (insert it into the charlotte; the skewer should come out clean).
