- Wheat Flour - 1.70 cups
- Salt - ½ teaspoon
- Brown Sugar - ¾ cup
- Vegetable Oil - ¾ cup
- Apple Cider Vinegar - 1 fl oz
- Baking Powder - 1½ teaspoons
- Canned water chestnuts - 3.5 oz
Step by Step guide
Step 1
Mix salt, sugar, oil, and vinegar.
Step 2
Sift the flour with baking powder.
Step 3
Chop the cherries with a knife and add them to the batter.
Step 4
Grease the molds with oil and bake for 20–30 minutes at 392°F.
