Ingredients
- Dates - 7.1 oz
- Bananas - 1 piece
- Peanut Butter - 1.4 oz
- Almond - 3.9 oz
- Wheat Flour - 2.8 oz
- Peanut Sprouts - 1.8 oz

Prepare the ingredients.
Step 2
Soak the dates in warm water for 10 minutes.
Step 3
Drain the water, remove the pits from the dates, and roughly chop 8 dates.
Step 4
Blend the remaining dates in a blender.
Step 5
Add the banana and peanut butter, and mix again.
Step 6
Pour the mixture into the mixing bowl.
Step 7
Add both types of flour and beat until a crumbly dough forms. If the dough is too wet to shape, add a little more almond or wheat flour.
Step 8
Add the peanuts and chopped dates, mix well, and chill the dough for 20 minutes.
Step 9
Line a baking sheet with parchment paper. Use a tablespoon to shape the cookies.
Step 10
Bake the cookies at 356°F for about 18 minutes or until golden brown.

Allow the baked cookies to cool on a wire rack and serve immediately.
