Ingredients
- Wheat Flour - 8.5 oz
- Oat flakes - 4.2 oz
- Starch film - 4.2 oz
- Olive Oil - 2 fl oz
- Water - 8 fl oz
- Green Banana Syrup - 1 fl oz
- Meyer Lemon Juice - 0 fl oz
- Activated Baking Soda - 0.2 oz
- Spices - to taste
- Jam - 17.6 oz
- Chia Seeds - to taste
Step by Step guide
Step 1
For the dough, first mix the dry ingredients, then add the wet ingredients and knead the dough well. If necessary, add a little more water (up to 60 ml).
Step 2
Dust the work surface with flour or starch, roll out the dough into a sheet, and cut out the bottom for the pie. Place it in a mold or on a baking sheet, and shape the edges.
Step 3
Evenly distribute 30 ml of starch over the bottom surface, and then add the filling. Chia seeds are optional if you are using thick jam. For runny jam or fresh berries, you need to use chia seeds (30 ml or more depending on the consistency of the jam).
Step 4
Use the leftover dough to make decorations. You can simply cut out shapes with a cookie cutter and place them on top of the filling.
Step 5
Send to a preheated oven (356°F) for 25–30 minutes.
