- Citrus Zest Mix - 2 spoons
- Salt - ¼ spoons
- Sugar - 1½ glasses
- Wheat Flour - 2½ glasses
- Activated Baking Soda - 2 spoons
- Vegetable Oil - ¾ glasses
- Vanilla extract - 2 spoons
Step by Step guide
Step 1
Preheat the oven to 170–356°F.
Step 2
In a bowl, combine flour, sugar, salt, baking soda, and zest.
Step 3
Add lemon juice, vanilla extract, and vegetable oil.
Step 4
Stir.
Step 5
Place on the baking sheet, leaving 5 cm of space between each piece.
Step 6
Bake for 8–10 minutes.
