Description
*You can use any nut milk.
Ingredients
- Wheat Flour - 1 cup
- Raw cane sugar - ½ cup
- Salt - ½ teaspoon
- Baking Powder - 2 teaspoons
- Vegetable Oil - ⅓ cup
- Soy Vanilla Milk - ½ cup
- Vanilla extract - to taste
- Cinnamon - 1 teaspoon
- Bananas - 1 piece
- Nuts - ½ cup
Step by Step guide
Step 1
Puree 1 whole banana.
Step 2
Mix oil, milk*, sugar, vanilla extract, nut pulp, and the puree of one banana.
Step 3
Add the dry ingredients (flour, salt, baking powder, and cinnamon).
Step 4
The 'base' is ready. Now you can add any filling: lemon zest, chocolate, fruits, etc.
Step 5
Bake for 30–40 minutes at 392°F.
