- Olive Oil - 6 teaspoons
- Oat flakes - 5.6 oz
- Honey - 4 spoons
- Salt - ¼ spoons
- Baking Powder - 1 tablespoon
- Nuts - 2.1 oz
Step by Step guide
Step 1
Blend the oats in a blender until they reach a flour-like consistency.
Step 2
In a deep bowl, mix the oats, honey, salt, and olive oil.

Chop the nuts
Step 4
Add the nuts to the dough. Knead it.
Step 5
Roll the dough into balls the size of a walnut and place them on a baking sheet lined with parchment paper. (Make sure to leave enough space between the balls, or they will merge into one large cookie.) Bake at 356°F for 15-20 minutes.
