Ingredients
- Wheat Flour - 5.3 oz
- Baking Powder - 1 tablespoon
- Flaxseeds - 1 tablespoon
- Soy Vanilla Milk - 10 fl oz
- Raw cane sugar - 2 spoons
- Vegetable Oil - 0 fl oz
- Salt - a pinch
- Honey - to taste
Step by Step guide
Step 1
Combine the wheat flour, flaxseed flour, baking powder, sugar, and salt.
Step 2
Pour in the plant-based milk and mix well. The mixture should be liquid but fairly thick, suitable for pouring into a skillet.
Step 3
Heat oil in a small skillet and pour in a small ladle of batter. Cook the pancakes on both sides until golden brown.
Step 4
Stack the finished pancakes on top of each other. Drizzle with maple syrup or liquid floral honey before serving.
