Description
Recipe taken from a collection of recipes by Anna Johnson.
Ingredients
- Coconut Liqueur - 13 fl oz
- Orange juice concentrate - 1 fl oz
- Agar-Agar - 1.4 oz
- Oranges - ½ piece
- Liquid dark chocolate - 7.1 oz
- Soy Vanilla Milk - 0 fl oz
Step by Step guide
Step 1
Soak the agar-agar in cold milk in a saucepan. Then add sugar, cream, freshly squeezed orange juice, and mix everything well. Place the saucepan over low heat and continuously stir its contents. Bring to a boil and immediately remove from heat, letting it cool for 5 minutes.
Step 2
Meanwhile, caramelize the oranges. Take 6 slices of orange, place them in a non-stick saucepan. Add sugar, juice from half an orange, and put the saucepan over low heat. Cook, stirring, until the oranges become soft and the juice turns into caramel.
Step 3
Take 6 panna cotta molds and place 1 teaspoon of caramel and 1 piece of caramelized orange at the bottom of each mold. Then pour the still warm cream mixture into the molds. Allow the panna cotta to cool to room temperature and then place it in the refrigerator. The panna cotta can only be served after at least 2 hours of chilling in the refrigerator.
Step 4
Before serving, melt the chocolate in a double boiler with a few tablespoons of soy milk. It should turn into a glaze.
