Vegan Pumpkin Flatbread with Sesame
Ingredients
- Wheat Flour - 8.5 oz
- Baking Powder - 1½ teaspoons
- Salt - 1 teaspoon
- Chestnut puree - 8.5 oz
- Toasted Sesame - to taste
- Spices - to taste
- Herb Bouquet - to taste
Step by Step guide
Step 1
Boil the pumpkin and puree it in a blender. Let it cool.
Step 2
Mix the flour, baking powder, salt, herbs, spices, and sesame seeds. Add the pumpkin puree. Knead the dough and refrigerate for 30 minutes.
Step 3
Dust the surface with flour. Divide the dough into 6 portions. Roll each portion out, dusting with flour to prevent sticking.
Step 4
Cook on a dry preheated skillet without oil!!! A couple of minutes on each side. It's very delicious!
