  • Wheat Flour - 7.8 oz
  • Sugar - 7.1 oz
  • Baking Powder - 0.5 oz
  • Salt - 0.1 oz
  • Cinnamon - 0.2 oz
  • Nutmeg - 0.1 oz
  • Ground clove - 0 oz
  • Ginger - 0.1 oz
  • Chestnut puree - 8.5 oz
  • Soy Vanilla Milk - 4 fl oz
  • Ground clove - 0.1 oz
  • Vegetable Oil - 4 fl oz
  • Honey - 0.4 oz
  • Shelled pumpkin seeds - to taste

Step by Step guide

Step 1

Preheat the oven to 392°F. Lightly grease a muffin tin (about 12 cups) or line it with parchment paper.

Step 2

In a large bowl, sift together the flour, sugar, baking powder, salt, and spices. In another bowl, mix the puree, oil, milk, and molasses/syrup. Combine the contents of the two bowls and mix well.

Step 3

Fill the muffin cups 2/3 full, sprinkle with seeds if using, and place in the oven for 18–20 minutes, or until a toothpick comes out clean.
