- Coarsely Ground Rye Flour - 8.8 oz
- Baking Powder - 0.2 oz
- Flaxseeds - 1.1 oz
- Oat flakes - 7 fl oz
- Sunflower Seeds - 1.8 oz
- Vegetable Oil - ½ spoons
- Salt - a pinch
Step by Step guide
Step 1
Mix the flour, salt, and baking powder, then pour in the milk and knead the dough thoroughly by hand.
Step 2
Add the seeds and stir until they are evenly distributed throughout the dough.
Step 3
Shape the dough into a loaf or any desired shape. Make shallow cuts on top in a crisscross pattern or diagonally in one direction, about 0.5 to 1.5 cm deep. Brush the loaf with vegetable oil on top.
Step 4
Bake for 1 hour at 392°F.
