- Coarsely Ground Rye Flour - 8.5 oz
- Olive Oil - 2 fl oz
- Water - 3 fl oz
- Ground Caraway - a pinch
- Salt - to taste
Step by Step guide
Step 1
Add salt and oil to the flour, gradually dilute with the required amount of water, and knead until pliable.
Step 2
Place the finished dough in the refrigerator for 3–4 hours.
Step 3
Then roll out a thin layer (if it sticks to the rolling pin, sprinkle with flour). Cut the dough into strips of any thickness.
Step 4
Line a baking sheet with parchment paper and carefully place the crackers on it. Prick the crackers all over with a fork, sprinkle with salt and caraway seeds, and bake in a preheated oven at 392°F for 12–15 minutes.
