- Water - 5 fl oz
- Vegetable Oil - 7 tablespoons
- Honey - 3 tablespoons
- Sugar - 0.4 oz
- Wheat Flour - 16.6 oz
- Grated Ginger - 0.4 oz
- Baking Soda - ½ tablespoon
- Cinnamon - 1½ teaspoons
- Ground Cloves - 1 teaspoon
- Ground Allspice - ½ teaspoon
- Vanillin - 0.1 oz
Step by Step guide
Step 1
Blend together until smooth: oil, water, honey, sugar, grated ginger, salt, baking soda, vanillin, and spices.
Step 2
Pour the mixture into a deep bowl and gradually add the flour. Knead an elastic dough that does not stick to your hands.
Step 3
Roll out the dough to a thickness of 0.5 cm and cut out cookies with cookie cutters.
Step 4
Line a baking sheet with parchment paper and bake for 12-15 minutes at 356°F.
