Vegan Spicy Ginger Cookies

Ingredients

  • Water - 5 fl oz
  • Vegetable Oil - 7 tablespoons
  • Honey - 3 tablespoons
  • Sugar - 0.4 oz
  • Wheat Flour - 16.6 oz
  • Grated Ginger - 0.4 oz
  • Baking Soda - ½ tablespoon
  • Cinnamon - 1½ teaspoons
  • Ground Cloves - 1 teaspoon
  • Ground Allspice - ½ teaspoon
  • Vanillin - 0.1 oz

Step by Step guide

Step 1

Blend together until smooth: oil, water, honey, sugar, grated ginger, salt, baking soda, vanillin, and spices.

Step 2

Pour the mixture into a deep bowl and gradually add the flour. Knead an elastic dough that does not stick to your hands.

Step 3

Roll out the dough to a thickness of 0.5 cm and cut out cookies with cookie cutters.

Step 4

Line a baking sheet with parchment paper and bake for 12-15 minutes at 356°F.
