Description
Recipe taken from a collection of recipes by Anna Johnson.
Ingredients
- Potato protein - 2.5 oz
- Wheat Flour - 6.3 oz
- Olive Oil - 4 fl oz
- Sugar - 3.5 oz
- Coconut Milk - 4 fl oz
- Sourdough Bread - 1.1 oz
- Plant-based Cream - 23 fl oz
- Raw cane sugar - 1.2 oz
- Vanillin - 1 teaspoon
- Espresso - 8.8 oz
- Grated Chocolate - 2.1 oz
Step by Step guide
Step 1
Mix the flour, starch, and sugar in a bowl and gradually add the mixture of rice milk, olive oil, and refreshed sourdough starter while stirring constantly. Mix well and ensure there are no lumps.
Step 2
Pour the batter into an 18 cm diameter baking dish lined with parchment paper. Leave the batter to rise in a warm place for 1–2 hours.
Step 3
After that, place the dish with the batter in a preheated oven at 356°F for 45 minutes. Once the base for the tiramisu is ready, remove it from the oven and let it cool to room temperature.
Step 4
Meanwhile, whip the plant-based cream with sugar and vanillin using a mixer until light and fluffy.
Step 5
Prepare the coffee and let it cool.
Step 6
When the base has cooled, carefully cut it into cookies about 1 cm thick, the length of the serving glasses, and 1.5 cm wide.
Step 7
In the glasses, layer first the cream, then the cookies soaked in coffee, and repeat the layers again. The last layer should be cream. Top the tiramisu with grated chocolate. Refrigerate for at least 20 minutes.
Step 8
Serve the tiramisu cold.
Step 9
Store the tiramisu in the refrigerator in a dish covered with plastic wrap for a maximum of 3–4 days.
