Vegan Truffles (Lenten)

Ingredients

  • Cocoa Powder - 10.6 oz
  • Coconut Milk - 8 fl oz
  • Maple syrup - 5 fl oz
  • Pitted olives - 5.3 oz
  • Vanilla Pod - 3 pieces
  • Bran - 1.8 oz
  • Ground Almonds - 1.8 oz

Step by Step guide

Step 1

Melt the coconut oil in a water bath.

Step 2

Mix with cocoa and vanilla until smooth.

Step 3

Add the maple syrup (honey or agave syrup can be used instead of maple syrup).

Step 4

Add the remaining ingredients.

Step 5

Place in a mold or carefully roll into small balls.

Step 6

Put in the freezer for 4–5 hours.
