Vegan White Bean Pie
Ingredients
- White Beans - 8.8 oz
- Ground Oats - 5.3 oz
- Baking Powder - 1 teaspoon
- Salt - a pinch
- Apple - 1 piece
- Cinnamon - to taste
- Agave Syrup - 2 tablespoons
- Vanilla salt - a pinch
Step by Step guide
Step 1
Soak the beans (or chickpeas) overnight and cook until tender. Let cool slightly.
Step 2
Preheat the oven to 180°C.
Step 3
Combine all ingredients and blend in a blender. The apple can be used grated (1 piece). You can replace vanilla salt with regular salt and vanillin.
Step 4
Line a baking sheet with parchment paper and spread the dough evenly.
Step 5
Bake for 30 minutes.
Step 6
Before serving, you can sprinkle with powdered sugar.
