Ingredients
- Carrot - 4 pieces
- Avocado - 2 pieces
- Ocean salt - to taste
- Meyer Lemon Juice - 1 tablespoon
- Flaxseeds - 1 cup
Step by Step guide
Step 1
In a blender, puree the carrots with 1 cup of water.
Step 2
Add the avocado and salt, and blend again. Transfer to a bowl.
Step 3
Grind the flax seeds in a coffee grinder and add them to the carrot mixture. Mix everything well by hand.
Step 4
Spread 1.25 cups of the mixture onto a dehydrator tray in a thin layer and cut into rectangles.
Step 5
Dehydrate at 104°F for 1-2 hours until dry. Wrap the rectangles in a paper towel and place them in a bag to soften. Roll up the filling.
