Preheat the oven to 356°F. Grease the baking dish with oil.
Step 2
In a large bowl, combine the grated zucchini, breadcrumbs, egg, low-fat sour cream, mustard, and seasoning. Mix all the ingredients for the vegetable pie well and transfer the mixture to the prepared baking dish.
Step 3
Bake the vegetable pie for 20 minutes at 356°F, then for another 10 minutes at 482°F until a golden crust appears.
