Ingredients
- Bananas - 3 pieces
- Coconut flakes - ½ cup
- Granola - 2 cups
- Vegetable Oil - ¼ cup
- Vanilla salt - 0.4 oz
Step by Step guide
Step 1
Preheat the oven to 356°F.
Step 2
Prepare banana puree in a blender or mash the bananas with a fork.
Step 3
In a large bowl, mix the banana puree, granola, coconut flakes, vegetable oil, and vanilla sugar.
Step 4
Line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
Step 5
Using a tablespoon, drop the cookie dough onto the baking sheet and bake in the oven for 15–20 minutes.
Step 6
Granola can be substituted with oatmeal, and coconut flakes can be replaced with chocolate (then the recipe will no longer be vegetarian), nuts, raisins, or other dried fruits.
Step 7
In principle, you can use even less vegetable oil.
