Ingredients
- Butter - 3.5 oz
- Dried Apricots - 7.1 oz
- Green Figs - 7.1 oz
- Dates - 7.1 oz
- Hazelnut - 7.1 oz
- Raisins - 7.1 oz
Step by Step guide
Step 1
Heat the butter in a saucepan and add the washed and pitted dates. If you do not use butter, simmer the washed dates in the saucepan.
Step 2
When the mixture becomes soft and the dates fall apart, remove from heat and blend until smooth. Chop the dried apricots. Do the same with the raisins and figs. Mix well.
Step 3
Chop the hazelnuts and add them to the mixture. Mix thoroughly.
Step 4
You should have a thick, homogeneous mass. Now shape into balls.
Step 5
The balls can be rolled in chopped hazelnuts or left 'naked.'
