Description

  • Butter - 8.8 oz
  • Sugar - 1½ cups
  • Vanilla salt - 1 teaspoon
  • Whole egg - 6 pieces
  • Wheat Flour - 3 cups
  • Citrus Zest Mix - 1 tablespoon

Step 1

Beat the softened butter and sugar until light and fluffy.

Step 2

Add the remaining ingredients.

Add the flour at a lower mixer speed or knead by hand. The dough should be firm but not for rolling out.

Step 4

Shape the cookies as desired and place them on a baking sheet. Do not grease the baking sheet.

Step 5

Bake at 356°F for 15–20 minutes (until golden brown).
