- Antonovka apples - 5 pieces
- Unleavened dough - 17.6 oz
- Plums - 17.6 oz
- Brown Sugar - 2 tablespoons
- Cinnamon - to taste
- Powdered Sugar - 3.5 oz
Step by Step guide
Step 1
Cut the apples into wedges, place them along with the plums in a pot, add 2 tablespoons of brown sugar, cinnamon to taste, and simmer without water over medium heat for 5–7 minutes—just enough to prevent them from turning mushy. Allow the filling to cool.
Step 2
Thaw the pastry, roll it out, and spread it on a baking sheet.
Step 3
Place the filling on the pastry and roll it up.
Step 4
Put it in a preheated oven and bake for 20–30 minutes.
Step 5
Sprinkle the finished strudel with powdered sugar.
