Description

Ingredients

  • Strawberry - 5 pieces
  • Beans - ½ piece
  • Skim Milk - 4 fl oz
  • Honey - 1 tablespoon
  • Yogurt powder - 2 fl oz
  • Mint Leaves - 5 pieces

Step by Step guide

Step 1

Wash the strawberries and cut them in half or into quarters. You can use slightly bruised berries without compromising the flavor and benefits of the drink.

Step 2

Chop the mint leaves, and cut the banana into random pieces (you can just break it apart).

Step 3

Combine all the ingredients in a blender and mix the cocktail until completely smooth.

Step 4

Pour the finished cocktail into a clear glass and serve immediately to the table while it still contains the maximum vitamins and minerals.
