Ingredients
- Chicken Egg - 8 pieces
- Spinach - 1 bunch
- Orange Bell Peppers - 1 piece
- Orange Bell Peppers - 1 piece
- Broccoli - 8.8 oz
- Milk - 8 fl oz
- Butter - 0.4 oz
- Salt - to taste
Step by Step guide
Step 1
Prepare the ingredients. You can use either fresh or frozen broccoli for this dish.
Step 2
Boil the broccoli in salted water for 5 minutes.
Step 3
Drain in a colander and let the water drain off.
Step 4
Wash the bell peppers, remove the seeds and core, and slice them into thin strips.
Step 5
Do the same with the yellow pepper.
Step 6
Wash the spinach well. If the leaves are large, chop them a bit.
Step 7
Crack the eggs into a deep bowl.
Step 8
Pour in the milk, mix lightly until smooth, and add salt to taste.
Step 9
Grease a baking dish with butter.
Step 10
Layer the broccoli, peppers, and spinach in the dish.
Step 11
Pour the egg mixture over the vegetables and place in a preheated oven at 338°F for 40 minutes. The finished omelette should be firm.
