- Apple - 1 piece
- Carrot - 1 piece
- Feijoa - 10 pieces
- Peeled Walnuts - 1.8 oz
- Honey - 1 tablespoon
Step by Step guide
Step 1
Wash the large apple and feijoa, and peel the medium carrot.
Step 2
Grate the apple and carrot on a coarse grater.
Step 3
Chop the walnuts in a blender. Cut the ends off the feijoa, slice it into several pieces, and add it to the blender with the walnuts. Blend everything together until it reaches a puree consistency.
