Description

Prepare the necessary ingredients.

Roll out the dough to a thickness of 5 mm.
Step 3
Use a glass to cut out large circles from it.
Step 4
Place half of the circles on a baking sheet that has been lightly sprayed with water.
Step 5
Using a smaller diameter glass, cut out the centers from the remaining half of the circles to create rings.
Step 6
Place the resulting rings on top of the circles arranged on the baking sheet.
Step 7
Beat the egg with 1 tablespoon of water.
Step 8
Using a pastry brush, carefully coat the surface of the vol-au-vents with egg wash.
Step 9
Bake for 20-25 minutes in a preheated oven at 428°F.
Step 10
Then cool it down. Serve.
