Ingredients
- Sugar - 7.8 oz
- Milk - 25 fl oz
- Chocolate eggs - 5 pieces
- Vegetable Oil - 2 fl oz
- Baking Powder - 0.4 oz
- Salt - a pinch
- Cocoa Powder - 2 tablespoons
- Wheat Flour - 10.6 oz
- Corn Starch - 2.1 oz
- Vanilla salt - 0.3 oz
- Butter - 1.8 oz
Step by Step guide
Step 1
First, prepare the cream. In a saucepan, crack an egg, add 100 grams of sugar and one packet of vanilla sugar, and whisk together. Add corn starch and a bit of warm milk, and mix. Add milk (a total of 600 ml). Cook the cream over medium heat, stirring constantly. Once the cream starts to thicken, reduce the heat and continue stirring. Remove the saucepan from the heat and add 50 grams of butter, mixing well. Cover the cream with plastic wrap and let it cool.
Step 2
In a bowl, crack 4 eggs, add 120 grams of sugar and a pinch of salt, and whisk. Pour in 150 ml of room temperature milk and 75 ml of vegetable oil, and mix again. Sift 300 grams of flour, two tablespoons of cocoa powder, and one packet of baking powder, and mix well with a whisk.
Step 3
Pour the batter into a baking dish, then take the cream. Using a large spoon, place the cream in the center of the batter.
Step 4
Bake the pie in an oven preheated to 356°F for 45 minutes.
