Description

A great dessert for guests. Easy to prepare and quick.

Ingredients

  • Large eggs - 4 pieces
  • Butter - 4.9 oz
  • Sugar - 4.9 oz
  • Salt - 0.2 oz
  • Vanilla extract - 1 teaspoon
  • 33% Cream - 12 fl oz
  • Jam - 7.1 oz
  • Powdered Sugar - 1.4 oz
  • Wheat Flour - 6.3 oz

Step by Step guide

Step 1 Image

Step 1

To prepare the waffle cones, place all the ingredients in separate bowls.

Step 2 Image

Step 2

Beat the eggs, sugar, and salt with a mixer until smooth.

Step 3 Image

Step 3

Melt the butter. You can do this in the microwave in 15–20 second intervals to avoid overheating. Alternatively, melt the butter in a saucepan on the stove. Add the melted butter to the egg mixture and beat well with a mixer.

Step 4 Image

Step 4

Gradually add the flour to the mixture, constantly stirring the dough—either on low speed with the mixer or with a spatula.

Step 5 Image

Step 5

Finally, add the vanilla extract. It will give a pleasant aroma to the finished waffle cones.

Step 6 Image

Step 6

Preheat the waffle maker. Once the waffle maker is heated, grease the top and bottom surfaces with vegetable oil. Grease after each waffle to prevent sticking. (If the waffle maker has a non-stick coating, grease with vegetable oil only the first time.) Take 2 tablespoons of batter and pour it into the center of the heated surface, waiting 1 minute or more for the waffle to brown.

Step 7 Image

Step 7

Remove the waffle from the surface while it is still warm and immediately roll it into a cone. You can practice on a round piece of paper first.

Step 8 Image

Step 8

Once all the waffle cones are ready, leave them to cool in the desired shape and start preparing the filling.

Step 9 Image

Step 9

Whip the cold cream with powdered sugar until stiff peaks form. To whip the cream better, place the mixer whisks in the refrigerator for a while so that the metal becomes cold. A spoon should not fall into the whipped cream, but be careful not to over-whip it into butter.

Step 10 Image

Step 10

Fill the cones. Place a teaspoon of whipped cream into each cone, then a teaspoon of jam, and if the cone allows, repeat this procedure a second time, finishing with a spoonful of cream and sprinkle with fine waffle crumbs.

Step 11 Image

Step 11

After filling all the cones, place the dessert on a plate or board, and it can be served. The waffle cones turn out very tasty, crispy, and thanks to the filling—delicate.
