Step 1
Preparing the batter. First, beat the softened butter with sugar, then, without stopping, add the egg yolks while gradually mixing in the flour, milk, and starch. Whip the egg whites until frothy and add them to the batter, then mix everything thoroughly. The batter should be not too thick (like kefir).
Step 2
Waffles should be baked immediately after preparing the batter. Before baking, preheat the waffle iron well. Open it and pour the batter onto the center of the lower half of the waffle iron. Then close it, press lightly, and wait for about two minutes. It is best to remove the finished waffle sheet with a spatula or knife. While it is still hot, roll it into a tube.
Step 3
Filling the waffle tubes. Place the hardened tubes on a plate. Once they have completely cooled, you can fill them with sweetened condensed milk or any cream of your choice. Take a piping bag (you can also use a simple plastic bag) and slowly squeeze the cream into the tubes. Start from one side, then turn it over and fill it from the other side.
