- Chicken Egg - 2 pieces
- Carrot - 1 piece
- Butter - 1.8 oz
- Wheat Flour - 5.3 oz
- Cinnamon - a pinch
- Sugar - 2 tablespoons
- Baking Powder - 1 teaspoon
- 33% Cream - 5 fl oz
- Mascarpone Cheese Unagrande - 5.3 oz
- Gelatin - 0.4 oz
- Milk - 10 fl oz
- Condensed Milk - 2.5 oz
Step by Step guide
Step 1
Prepare all necessary ingredients.
Step 2
Soak the gelatin in milk (60 ml).
Step 3
In a bowl, pour in the remaining milk, add eggs, butter, cinnamon, and sugar.
Step 4
Mix well.
Step 5
Add flour, baking powder, and grated carrot.
Step 6
Mix well.
Step 7
Divide the batter into six portions for waffles.
Step 8
Bake for 5–7 minutes.
Step 9
Whip the cream with mascarpone and condensed milk.
Step 10
Add the melted gelatin.
Step 11
Mix well.
Step 12
Spread the mousse on half of the waffles.
Step 13
Sandwich the waffles together and let the mousse set in the refrigerator for 30 minutes.
