Ingredients
- Chicken Egg - 11 pieces
- Sugar - 3½ cups
- Vanilla Biscotti - 1½ cups
- Walnuts - 14.1 oz
- Butter - 7.1 oz
- Milk - 3 cups
- Wheat Flour - 1 teaspoon

Step by Step guide
Step 1
Preheat the oven to 338°F.
Step 2
Beat 8 egg yolks with 2 cups of sugar and mix with sifted cookies and 1 cup of ground walnuts. Whip 8 egg whites and gently fold into the sugar mixture.
Step 3
Grease a round baking pan with butter and dust with flour. Pour the batter into the pan and bake until done.
Step 4
To prepare the syrup, combine 1 cup of walnuts, ½ cup of sugar, and ½ cup of milk and boil, stirring, until the walnuts are completely soft. Let the mixture cool.
Step 5
To make the cream, beat 3 eggs with 1 cup of sugar, add a mixture of 1 teaspoon of potato flour and 1 teaspoon of wheat flour, and the remaining ground walnuts. Mix well, gradually pour in 1.5 cups of hot milk, place over low heat, and cook, stirring, until thickened. Let the mixture cool slightly and whip with softened butter.
Step 6
Cut the baked cake into 3 layers. Soak each layer with the walnut syrup and assemble the cake.
Step 7
Cover the surface of the finished cake with cream, sprinkle with walnuts, and decorate with orange slices.
