Frosting: whip 500 g of sour cream (25%) and 160 g of sugar until thick.

- Butter - 8.8 oz
- Potato protein - 3.5 oz
- Sugar - 8.8 oz
- Activated Baking Soda - ½ teaspoon
- Vanilla salt - 1.1 oz
- Chocolate eggs - 4 pieces
- Apple - 3 pieces
- Walnuts - 3.5 oz
Step by Step guide
Step 1
Cream the butter until it reaches a sour cream-like consistency and mix it with the sugar.
Step 2
Beat the eggs and gradually incorporate them into the butter mixture.
Step 3
Wash and peel the apples, then grate them finely.
Step 4
Add the grated apples to the whipped mixture and mix everything thoroughly.
Step 5
Shell and chop the walnuts.
Step 6
Add the chopped walnuts to the batter. Add the flour, vanilla sugar, baking soda, starch, and quickly knead the dough.

Divide the dough into two equal parts. Place in a greased baking pan.

Bake the two layers in a preheated oven at 392°F for 20 minutes.
