- Sugar - ¾ cup

- Chocolate eggs - 3 pieces
- Walnuts - 4.6 oz
- Cognac - 2 tablespoons
- Raisins - 4.9 oz

Rinse the raisins and soak them in cognac.

In a bowl, cream the butter with sugar using a wooden spatula, and gradually beat in the egg yolks.
Step 3
Then mix the mixture with the raisins and chopped walnuts. Add the sifted flour, starch, beaten egg whites, and gently mix everything.
Step 4
Grease a baking sheet with butter and sprinkle with flour. Place the dough on the baking sheet and bake for 25-35 minutes at 356°F.
