Ingredients
- Butter - 2 tablespoons
- Serviceberries - 13.4 oz
- Fresh Berries - 7.1 oz
- Raspberry leaves - 6.3 oz
- Sugar - ¼ cup
- Raspberry gin - ¼ cup
- Grated Ginger Root - ½ teaspoon
- Cardamom - ¼ teaspoon
- Oranges - 1 piece
Step by Step guide
Step 1
Melt the butter in a saucepan over high heat. Add the berries and cook for 2 minutes. Add the sugar and liqueur and cook, stirring, for another 2 minutes (be careful not to let the liqueur catch fire).
Step 2
Add the ginger, cardamom, and grated orange zest. Stir and cook for another 2-3 minutes. Cool for 5 minutes and serve.
