- Fresh Berries - 13.2 oz
- Sugar - 2.6 oz
- Orange juice concentrate - 4 fl oz
- Corn Starch - 1 tablespoon
- Meyer Lemon Juice - 0 fl oz
Step by Step guide
Step 1
In a saucepan, combine the blueberries, sugar, and half of the orange juice. Place over medium heat and gently warm, stirring.
Step 2
In a bowl, mix the cornstarch with the remaining orange juice. Stir until smooth.
Step 3
Increase the heat and bring the berries to a boil. Carefully add the cornstarch mixture and cook for 1 minute over low heat, stirring.
Step 4
Remove from heat and stir in the lemon juice. Cool for 5-10 minutes and serve.
